By booking a tour package or registering for newsletter logs with Treks In India, you agree to these Terms. All tour pricing represents ground packages, excluding international flights.

1. Booking & Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested via our support line. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation timelines (e.g. 30 days notice yields a 90% refund, whereas cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable).
