Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

At Treks In India, we value your privacy. We collect personal details (such as names, emails, and phone numbers) strictly for processing tour reservations, guide assignments, and updating live trip status. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

1. Location & Tracking Information

If you participate in our tracking-enabled tours, we generate and update trip timeline statuses. This coordinates guide pickup details, vehicle markers, and checkpoints. The tracking ID is public to those who possess the unique TRK reference code.
